![]() When we realized this, I called to get the staff to hold the boots so that we could pick them up on our way to the airport. My daughter left a pair of boots in the room. The hotel itself was nice and convenient to the airport. We stayed in this hotel after a long day of travel on our way to Deer Valley. It is worth noting, however, that I generally stay in full-service hotels, so this is probably not a place I would have stayed of my own volition. There was nothing wrong with the property, per se-I struggled between giving an "average" and "very good" rating, but this hotel wasn't on par with most other hotels I've stayed in. If you're looking for a hotel that is convenient to the airport and has a modern feel, this option could work for you. While they were plenty professional and answered questions if asked, I can't say they were overly friendly. There were many hungry travelers arriving near 11 PM due to missed connections from east-coast departure cities, but the front desk only motioned to the small convenience store on-site with packaged snacks as a food option (no suggestion of where to order food for delivery, even when directly asked). My front desk experience was also average. I was able to take a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel, which was very convenient. The soundproofing was not great-I could hear everything going on in the rooms above and next to me. The room felt modern and the bathroom was updated with granite and tile. There was a mini-fridge in the room, and I did appreciate the Neutrogena bath products they provided (especially given that I had no toiletries of my own given the flight situation). The bed was fairly comfortable, though the sheets and comforter had seen better days (rough and pilly). ![]() It was generally clean with the exception of a piece of dental floss stuck to the bathroom wall by the trash can. Delta put me up in this hotel overnight when my connecting flight was delayed. ![]()
